About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at Black Rock Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in the UK.
