Executive Chef Assistant Opportunity at The Ivy Asia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced culinary professional to join our team as an Executive Chef Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a prestigious pan-Asian cuisine brand.

About the Role:

  • As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes that meet The Ivy Asia standards.
  • You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of food quality and presentation.
  • Key responsibilities will include menu planning, inventory management, and staff training and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pan-Asian cuisine and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of food quality and presentation.
