About the Role

CleverHR is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Adviser to join our team in Kendal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and holistic advice to clients, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert financial planning services to clients, meeting their financial goals and objectives.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure clients receive the latest advice.
  3. Act with integrity and professionalism, adhering to FCA rules and regulations.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Meet business targets and ensure timely recording of client data and business transactions.
About You
  1. Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services or be qualified to step up.
  2. Have a current Certificate in Advanced Study (CAS) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in holistic financial advice.
  3. Be able to build long-term relationships with clients and possess excellent knowledge of financial planning.
  4. Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
  5. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
