About the Role

CleverHR is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Adviser to join our team in Kendal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and holistic advice to clients, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert financial planning services to clients, meeting their financial goals and objectives.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure clients receive the latest advice and guidance.
  3. Act with integrity and professionalism, adhering to FCA rules and regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  5. Conduct regular client meetings, providing a consistent and high-quality service to all clients.
  6. Meet business targets and ensure all client data, transactions, and information are recorded accurately and efficiently.
About You
  1. Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services or be qualified to Level 4 and ready to step up.
  2. Have a current Certificate in Advanced Study (CAS) within the last two years.
  3. Minimum two years' experience in face-to-face holistic financial advice.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  5. Strong knowledge of financial planning, including investments, pensions, protection, retirement options, and tax planning.
  6. Be willing to undertake further study or training as required.
  7. Be a hard worker, enthusiastic, confident, and articulate, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
