CleverHR is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Adviser to join our team in Kendal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and holistic advice to clients, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert financial planning services to clients, meeting their financial goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure clients receive the latest advice and guidance.
- Act with integrity and professionalism, adhering to FCA rules and regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Conduct regular client meetings, providing a consistent and high-quality service to all clients.
- Meet business targets and ensure all client data, transactions, and information are recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services or be qualified to Level 4 and ready to step up.
- Have a current Certificate in Advanced Study (CAS) within the last two years.
- Minimum two years' experience in face-to-face holistic financial advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, including investments, pensions, protection, retirement options, and tax planning.
- Be willing to undertake further study or training as required.
- Be a hard worker, enthusiastic, confident, and articulate, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
