Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and implement them accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical effort estimates and timelines.
- Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud opportunities.
- Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams.
- Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
- Work with cross-functional new business teams on new SFMC opportunities.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect with a strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration architectures. You should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, MobilePush, and Einstein. Additionally, you should be familiar with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
We value a strong track record of working independently to drive projects to completion in a matrixed environment. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and performing at a high level when faced with time constraints.
