Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Clinisupplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of discharge policies and promoting our home delivery service to NHS Trusts.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering Results: Meet and exceed agreed new consumer registrations targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Supporting Discharge Processes: Provide expert support at the point of care for patients being discharged home, ensuring a seamless transition to our home delivery service.
- Training and Development: Train clinical staff on best practices for safe discharge with Nightingale medical devices, promoting our products and services.
- Business Development: Develop a thorough understanding of the transition process between secondary and primary care within the NHS, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain excellent relationships with NHS Trusts, promoting our products and services and driving sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly updates on company IT requirements, CRM, calendar, and monthly AM reports to the Regional Business Manager, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with customers.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
- Self-Motivation: Be highly self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Team Player: Be able to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the business.
