About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and raise quotations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and input them into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer questions and queries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Expedite orders when required and liaise with customers regarding delivery dates.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and files.

Requirements:

  • A background in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
