Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for retailers regarding all supply chain and order-related inquiries.
  • Process orders efficiently while coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Keep customers informed about stock levels and proactively manage forecast orders to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to onboard new clients and supply product information.
  • Address any issues related to deliveries, lost inventory, and product concerns.
  • Organize product samples for key accounts and adhere to deadlines.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions as necessary.
  • Verify customer credit and work with the accounts team to facilitate order processing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar sales support position, preferably within a product-oriented company with exposure to retailers and key accounts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adjust your communication style as needed.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using Excel on a daily basis.
  • A flexible mindset with a passion for building strong professional relationships.
