This role offers a unique chance to engage with a globally recognized brand that provides exquisitely crafted products to prominent retailers across the UK and US. You will be part of a creative and skilled team, gaining insights into various facets of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for retailers regarding all supply chain and order-related inquiries.
- Facilitate order processing and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Keep customers informed about stock levels and proactively manage forecast orders to guarantee timely delivery.
- Work alongside sales representatives to onboard new clients and supply product information.
- Address any challenges related to deliveries, lost inventory, and product concerns.
- Coordinate sample requests for key accounts and adhere to deadlines.
- Participate in trade exhibitions as necessary.
- Verify customer credit and coordinate with the accounts team to ensure order processing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a comparable sales support position, preferably within a product-focused organization with experience in retail and key account management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adjust your communication style as needed.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive individual capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in daily Excel usage.
- A flexible mindset with a passion for fostering strong working relationships.
