Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Operative with a valid FLT license to become a vital part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently loading and unloading vehicles using forklift trucks as needed.
  • Managing pallet movements to designated production areas.
  • Upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization in all distribution zones.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection policies regarding employee and customer information.
  • Collaborating with team members to address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Identifying safety hazards and suggesting improvements to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid FLT counterbalance and reach truck certification.
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience in Warehouse Management Systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and related processes.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing warehouse setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Work Schedule

This position involves a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Friday, including early and late shifts.
