About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hospitality Coordinator to join our team at One Southwark Bridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a primary point of contact for VIP incoming events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication.
  • Support the planning and execution of events from initial enquiry to delivery, including room bookings, chef team coordination, and function sheet creation.
  • Write accurate and detailed function sheets to ensure seamless delivery by the operations team.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delegating work as needed.
  • Create bespoke proposals for enquiries within agreed timeframes, showcasing our hospitality offerings.
  • Conduct meetings, client walkarounds, and menu tastings as required, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Upsell menus, wines, and packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an events coordination role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and confident in all aspects of guest relations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate work, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to support the wider team when needed, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Must be standards-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with hands-on experience using CRM systems.
