Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of project and programme management experience, demonstrating a successful history of leading complex programmes or multiple projects, particularly in IT systems implementation. Experience with ERP system implementations is crucial, along with the ability to apply established project management methodologies in large or intricate environments.

Your background should encompass a diverse range of industry sectors, with significant exposure to the private sector, showcasing the adaptability required to support clients effectively. This experience may stem from consulting roles, in-house positions, or independent engagements. You should be adept at developing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Role Overview

This managerial position focuses on delivering client engagements, overseeing our most substantial systems implementations or transformation initiatives. You will be accountable for the entire project lifecycle, including team management and budget oversight. Your responsibilities will include conducting rapid project assessments and health checks for clients, utilizing your expertise and judgment to provide actionable recommendations.

As a key player within our major accounts, you will lead our delivery team and contribute to the development of internal capabilities by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
