About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP (Syteline) Lead to join our team at OMEGA RESOURCE GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Syteline ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation, and providing technical expertise to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Syteline ERP system, ensuring its integrity and security.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users, departments, and stakeholders, resolving issues and improving system performance.
  • Implementation and Migration: Lead the implementation and migration of Syteline ERP projects, ensuring successful outcomes and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Syteline modules to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation, test plans, and user training materials to support system implementation and ongoing use.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance, user experience, and business efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of experience using, administering, and/or developing Syteline ERP, with a strong understanding of databases, relational, analytical, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Business Acumen: Experience working within a manufacturing and engineering environment, with a solid understanding of business analysis and technical skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, high level of self-motivation, ability to work well individually and in teams, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
