Job Title: ERP (Syteline) Lead - Technical Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP (Syteline) Lead - Technical Expert to join our team at OMEGA RESOURCE GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Syteline modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to users on Syteline system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure data security and integrity within the Syteline environment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support system changes and implementations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with a focus on Syteline.
  • Strong technical skills, including database management and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business analysis and technical skills required.
  • Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and report building.
  • Experience with APS Planning or similar manufacturing planning systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, and stored procedures.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Business Intelligence Development Studio.

  • Knowledge of Visual Basic (VB.NET & VBA).
  • Ability to develop and learn new skills within a technical environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible attitude to work requirements and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
