**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to join our team at Reed. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting our ERP system (Infor Syteline) to support our business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Manage the migration and implementation of ERP-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Customize and configure Syteline modules to align with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Design and execute test plans, creating supporting documentation for changes or implementations.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions, ensuring effective adoption of new systems.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement within the ERP system, recommending process enhancements.
- Coordinate deployment with stakeholders, collecting feedback for future enhancements.
- Implement system upgrades and potentially migrate to new ERP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilize version control software to track programming changes, maintaining a high level of system integrity.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues within the ERP system, providing user support and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain the integrity and security of the Syteline environment, adhering to industry best practices.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Syteline ERP usage, administration, or development.
- Experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, with a strong understanding of business processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a high level of understanding of databases and technical systems.
- Business analysis and technical skillset, with fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and report building, with familiarity with APS Planning or similar manufacturing planning systems.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), with knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Queries.
**Desirable Skills**
- Some knowledge of Visual Basic (VB.NET & VBA), or the willingness to develop these skills.
