Position: School Administrative Coordinator

Salary:
£15 - £17 per hour

Contract Type:
Term Time Only

Working Hours:
15 hours per week (Full day Wednesday) with flexible hours on other days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Head Teacher and the School Management Team.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment.
  • Assist the Leadership Team with administrative tasks, including resource procurement.
  • Accurately document meetings and relevant communications with parents and guardians.
  • Coordinate and participate in school meetings with parents as necessary.
  • Utilize IT systems and software proficiently to manage and share information effectively.
  • Ensure timely preparation of documents and data entry into the school management system.
  • Handle school correspondence and communications.
  • Support the Head Teacher with local authority documentation and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage the school calendar, including room reservations and meeting arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Understanding of child protection and safeguarding protocols.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.
  • Collaborative team player with a clear understanding of school roles.
  • Proactive in identifying personal learning needs and pursuing development opportunities.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS Check, the cost of which will be covered by Remedy Education.
