Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to become a vital part of our team on a full-time basis for a fixed-term contract, working 35 hours per week.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proficient administrator with excellent interpersonal abilities and experience in database management to join our dedicated team and contribute significantly. In this essential support role, you will ensure that our facilities and administrative processes operate seamlessly, enabling our team to concentrate on their crucial mission of providing safe and secure accommodation and support services for women in need.

Key Responsibilities
As a Facilities Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
  • Overseeing the Archive project while ensuring efficient operations at our main office and all satellite locations.
  • Providing high-quality facilities support to colleagues throughout the organization.
  • Offering backup assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive.
  • Managing incoming correspondence and formal notifications, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Collaboratively coordinating tasks, events, and communications across the team, acting as a proactive and dedicated member of our organization.
Candidate Profile
To qualify for the role of Facilities Coordinator, you should possess:
  • Experience in developing administrative systems.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
  • A solid understanding of safe working environments and Health & Safety regulations.
  • A minimum of A-Level education (or equivalent).
