Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care to residents.
  • Assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status to the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centered care.
  • Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments.
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide an excellent service of person-centered care.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
