The Role: Cybersecurity Account Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Cybersecurity Account Manager to join our growing team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our robust security solutions within strategic and enterprise accounts. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customers fully understand the value proposition of JFrog's security offerings and integrate them seamlessly into their software supply chain practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales targets for assigned territories/customers, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a meticulous record in our CRM system.
  • Serve as the primary expert on security solutions within the sales team, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Identify new security opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts, uncovering untapped potential.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at customer organizations, understanding their unique security needs and challenges.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of JFrog's solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and requirements, tailoring your approach for maximum impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering long-term partnerships built on mutual success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key ecosystem partners, expanding our reach and influence within the market.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product management and marketing teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within cybersecurity or software development, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • A deep understanding of security practices, particularly within the software supply chain, showcasing your technical expertise.
  • Exceptional sales skills, including pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring accurate projections and timely closure of deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers up to the C-level, demonstrating your ability to influence key players within organizations.
  • Technical proficiency with JFrog's product suite and related security technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable, expanding our global reach and impact.
