We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As an Account Cybersecurity Leader, you will play a critical role in driving our security strategy and providing tactical oversight around all matters related to cybersecurity operations, secure IT design & build, and applications-cum-infrastructure security operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive security strategy and oversee all matters related to cybersecurity operations, secure IT design & build, and applications-cum-infrastructure security operations.
- Advise customer CISO on further improvements in security posture of the organisation and how TCS can help in that regard – across dimensions of people, process and technology.
- Liaise with TCS CISO organisation representatives to drive strategic and tactical security improvement initiatives for the account.
- Drive conversations with various customer leaders (Product Managers / Service Owners etc.) to obtain buy-in for prioritisation for security related actions and collaboratively work with customer CISO towards the common goals for security posture improvement.
- Increase Advisory & Consulting footprint and maturity across new and existing customers, positioning TCS as a trusted and recognised provider for premium Advisory & Consulting services.
- Provide executive oversight for strategic engagements for clients/customers demonstrating thought leadership.
- Maintain executive connects with various customer CISOs and CXOs.
- Oversee for account's senior ISM function and cybersecurity service delivery function.
- Ensure delivery of agreed client/customer business outcomes.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the client/customer and industry specific risks, regional legal and regulatory obligations across each engagement.
- Demonstrate Executive presence and Leadership across key clients/customers and with key TCS stakeholders.
- Extensive business outcome delivery experience.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with confidence across all levels
- Excellent customer experience across all engagements, measured through positive customer satisfaction scores, feedback and the identification of repeat and downstream opportunities.
- High organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise simultaneous activities and meet agreed deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Cybersecurity experience with demonstrable knowledge of relevant industry standards and frameworks (i.e. DORA, NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO, MITRE, CIS).
- Experience of operating at, reporting to and setting and managing expectations with CXO's (Senior Management Teams).
- Experience of leading teams and successful client/customer engagements.
- Ability to apply a business centric lens to your thinking and approach.
- Industry and academic credentials (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CEH, CISA or relevant).
- Effective contribution to the delivery of revenue targets.
