We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Practitioner to join our team at Mariposa & Papillon Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the care team, promoting a culture of learning and development.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or working towards it.
  • Experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of adult care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
