Job Summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters, and end-to-end support of the absence management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and absence management.
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and people plans across the site.
  • Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle, from new starter processes to termination of employment.
  • Ensure that company standards and policies are effective and consistently implemented across the site.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional HR services.
