About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As an HR Advisor, you will provide a proactive, client-focused service, providing comprehensive and effective advice and guidance to managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an internal Human Resources advisory service to a range of Clinical Service Units and Corporate functions within the Trust.
  • Support and promote consistent and effective people management, enabling the delivery of Trust objectives.
  • Interpret policy and employment legislation to provide advice and guidance to meet the range of situations presented.
  • Contribute to and lead on specific HR projects and activities as directed.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in operational HR.
  • Insight into, and experience of, the various key dimensions and responsibilities of the role.
  • Current Employment Law knowledge.
  • Good practice and legislation on diversity.
  • Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience of working within a customer-focused environment.
