About the Role

The Individual Giving Team at Amnesty International UK plays a crucial role in achieving our goal of delivering human rights impact by raising funds from our supporters. As the Individual Giving Executive, you will be responsible for delivering direct marketing campaigns to develop and engage new financial supporters, across a range of products including Lead Generation and Payroll Giving.

You will work across various channels to develop and execute campaigns that drive results. This will involve collaborating with external agencies and other departments within the organization to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to acquire new financial supporters.
  • Work with the Individual Giving Team to develop and implement strategies to engage and retain existing supporters.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and other departments to ensure project delivery and budget management.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using statistical information to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong fundraising copywriting skills and digital marketing knowledge.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to deliver multiple projects on time.
  • Numerate and able to interpret statistical information to monitor and forecast performance.
