They are a small, friendly and diverse team committed to improving the quality of life of people living with HIV. They are planning to launch a new individual giving fundraising activities programme and are looking for an innovative, personable and collaborative individual to lead the creation and delivery of this exciting area of development.

Job Title: Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving and Events)

Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract, Full-time (0.8 FTE will be considered)

Salary: £36,000 to £37,500 per annum

Location: Flexible, with a requirement to attend events as needed

This is an exciting new role and an opportunity to lead on the development and implementation of Positively UK's first individual giving programme. You should be able to identify and optimize new fundraising opportunities to help grow income for the organization. Your talent will help the charity to transform its marketing and communication channels, reach out to new supporters and provide excellent stewardship to existing ones through creating a range of opportunities for involvement.

You will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in individual giving fundraising with experience of planning, implementing and evaluating individual giving campaigns across a range of channels including print, digital and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual giving fundraising strategies to grow income for the organization
  • Identify and optimize new fundraising opportunities to support the organization's growth
  • Lead on the development and implementation of Positively UK's first individual giving programme
  • Transform the organization's marketing and communication channels to reach new supporters and provide excellent stewardship to existing ones

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in individual giving fundraising
  • Experience of planning, implementing and evaluating individual giving campaigns across a range of channels
  • Ability to identify and optimize new fundraising opportunities to support the organization's growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
