Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Academics. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education team by supervising and managing classrooms in the absence of regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans and engage pupils in their learning, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to lessons, ensuring accurate records and efficient communication.
  • Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil performance, contributing to the development of effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
