About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centered support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication management and domestic duties
  • Encouraging socialization and community engagement
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements

Requirements

  • No prior experience or qualifications required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
