We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Multistaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Duties:

  • Providing administrative support to our team, including answering queries, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing our systems to ensure efficient and effective operations, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the team.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as required, including photocopying, scanning, and other office duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.

Rate of Pay:

£12.50 per hour.
