Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our UK team. As the first point of contact for all people-related issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment within our company. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to address and resolve personnel matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide First-Line HR Advice and Support: Offer guidance on employment terms and conditions, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Manage Employee Lifecycle Activities: Including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support Employee Relations Initiatives: Such as investigations and performance management.
  • Maintain HR Records and Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Assist with Benefits Administration and Payroll: Coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Contribute to Organizational Development and Talent Management: Support employee growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
