As the first point of contact for all people-related issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment within our company. You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources to address and resolve personnel matters effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide First-Line HR Advice and Support: Offer guidance on employment terms and conditions, HR policies, and procedures.
- Manage Employee Lifecycle Activities: Including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support Employee Relations Initiatives: Such as investigations and performance management.
- Maintain HR Records and Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Assist with Benefits Administration and Payroll: Coordinate with relevant departments.
- Contribute to Organizational Development and Talent Management: Support employee growth and development.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
