Job Title: Senior FX and Rates Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FX and Rates Sales Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our global investment banking team, you will be responsible for marketing FX and Rates products to existing corporate clients and liaising with other areas of the bank to attract new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an agreed portfolio of GMD Corporate, Private Equity, and Infrastructure Fund clients to maximize opportunities and production.
  • Ensure regular contact with corporate clients to provide presentations, market updates, and product ideas/solutions to hedge their exposures.
  • Work closely with Senior and Coverage Bankers to attend internal planning meetings and contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies for these clients.
  • Execute transactions linked to both flow and non-flow activity across the GMD product suite.
  • Promote increased intelligence within Coverage and other departments of GMD product capabilities.
  • Ensure Strategic Sales are fully integrated into the sales process to provide tailored advisory solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of client needs and coordinate the Bank's efforts to service customer organizations.
  • Coordinate with Trading, Securitization, Structuring, Debt Capital Markets, and other Business Lines' support functions to define and execute the strategy on Corporates and advise customers on how to hedge exposures.
  • Execute the placement of transactions in accordance with established risk management procedures and risk parameters.
Requirements:
  • Experience in FX and Rates sales within investment banking is essential.
  • Experience in multi-product sales.
  • Experience of UK corporate or PE or Infra client base essential.
