About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Beauparc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new and existing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Commercial Management: Manage customer interactions, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all commercial activities are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
  • Operational Management: Ensure that all business operations are conducted in a safe, compliant, and commercially sound way, and that all relevant legislation is adhered to.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sales team to achieve business objectives, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the waste management industry, with a deep understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of the business.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
