About the Role

F S People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial to achieving the company's ambitious marketing objectives, including increasing organic enquiries, enhancing brand awareness, and improving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement, including email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and send regular email newsletters to subscribers, highlighting company news, promotions, and industry insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through content and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and report on performance.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong visual sense for designing or guiding the creation of graphics and videos (experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to senior management.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary up to £40,000 p.a.
