Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead our content strategy and team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful content plans, managing a team of writers and copywriters, and driving business growth through high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all brands, including new legal and accountancy brands.
  • Lead a team of writers, copywriters, and videographers to ensure content quality and volume align with our digital marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality written and video content, ensuring adherence to grammar and SEO best practices.
  • Establish and monitor content performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Director to test and implement content changes in line with evolving best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven content management/publication experience for digital-first companies who rely on organic positioning on Google.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a content management/publication role.
  • Experience of writing long form and short form articles for publication on technical and non-technical topics.
  • Impeccable written English language skills.
  • Significant experience of publishing articles using WordPress (desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree.
