About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving automation and incremental revenue, while enhancing the customer experience.

This is a brand new role that demands technical expertise, project management proficiency, and CRM best practice knowledge. You will oversee customer communication journeys, automation, and dynamic elements in our new Email Service Provider (Bloomreach).

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build our new Bloomreach environment
  • Lead the build & development of visually appealing and responsive marketing emails, SMS, App Push campaigns, including implementing dynamic elements
  • Act as the technical lead on CRM automation across workflows, process, campaigns, cart abandonment etc
  • Owning the testing and optimisation process, including QA
  • Leading on email campaign performance and analytics/tracking
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a proven expert in the technical elements of CRM, with experience in building and deploying emails, implementing advanced email automation workflows based on customer behaviour and preferences, and deep understanding of email service provider platform management and operations.

You will also have experience of building emails using HTML, CSS, PHP, AMP Script, and demonstrated experience of building personalised communications within an ESP.
