We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to drive automation and incremental revenue, while enhancing the customer experience in our Customer Lifecycle Marketing proposition.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee customer communication journeys, automation, and dynamic elements in our new Email Service Provider (Bloomreach).
- Develop and build our new Bloomreach environment, including leading the build & development of visually appealing and responsive marketing emails, SMS, App Push campaigns, and implementing dynamic elements.
- Act as the technical lead on CRM automation across workflows, processes, campaigns, and cart abandonment.
- Owning the testing and optimisation process, including QA, and leading on email campaign performance and analytics/tracking.
- Proven experience in the technical elements of CRM, including building and deploying emails.
- Experience of implementing advanced email automation workflows based on customer behaviour and preferences.
- Experience of building emails using HTML, CSS, PHP, and AMP Script.
- Demonstrated experience of building personalised communications within an ESP.
