We are a prominent recruitment firm with a well-established AI division that has been operational for several years. Our AI team specializes in various sectors within the AI landscape, collaborating with our broader Software, Technical Sales, ERP, Blockchain, and Engineering divisions. We seek a driven and experienced consultant with a solid background in 360 recruitment (Permanent, Contract, or both) to expand and manage their own segment of the AI market.

In this role, you will engage with clients on groundbreaking technologies, interact with industry leaders, and establish your reputation in the AI sector. As part of a recognized AI brand and a growing team of specialized recruiters, you will leverage existing relationships while proactively reaching out to new clients and candidates to shape your own vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development and client acquisition
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Leadership and development of a high-performing team
  • Negotiating commercial terms and service level agreements
  • Creating candidate sourcing strategies, including headhunting and networking
  • Managing offers and providing post-placement support
  • Producing and maintaining job advertisements
  • Expanding candidate networks within your designated area
  • Organizing and leading client meetings

Experience in AI and Data recruitment is preferred. We also have a successful track record of transitioning consultants from other technical recruitment backgrounds who demonstrate the right ambition and are eager to explore a new and exciting sector.
