**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Client Engagement**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the construction and engineering sectors, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • **Candidate Sourcing**: Identify and attract top-quality candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, and referrals.
  • **Candidate Screening**: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities, ensuring a strong fit for both clients and candidates.
  • **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • **Negotiation**: Facilitate salary and contract negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • **Business Development**: Expand the client base by proactively seeking new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and legal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a professional market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
