Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

V7 Recruitment, a specialist recruitment company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manchester.

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing your market across your specialist area, growing your database, and building long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the aviation industry
  2. Source and attract high-quality candidates for permanent and contract recruitment opportunities
  3. Compose effective job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent
  4. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
  5. Contribute to the growth and development of the recruitment team, sharing best practices and expertise
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in permanent or contract recruitment, with a strong track record of success
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  3. Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
  4. A goal-oriented approach to work, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets
  5. Good business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex recruitment scenarios
