Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Digital team at Student Cribs as a Systems Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the development and maintenance of software products and applications to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  2. Elicit and document functional requirements through process mapping and analysis to inform systems development.
  3. Ensure that systems are operating within established business standards and guidelines.
  4. Contribute to systems planning, budgeting, and overall strategy to drive business growth and efficiency.
  5. Conduct feasibility analyses for proposed systems projects and present findings to stakeholders.
  6. Establish key performance indicators to measure system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Analyze project and systems data to produce insights and optimize system performance.
  8. Identify and resolve technical issues and propose solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  9. Provide operational support to stakeholders, including liaison and project tracking.
  10. Develop, review, and maintain systems documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  11. Maintain systems contracts and financials to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Strong Excel skills required, with experience in SQL and Power BI a plus.
  4. Familiarity with common technology stacks and software product lifecycles.
  5. Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
