FalconSmartIT is seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to enhance our team. This position focuses on evaluating current systems, understanding business requirements, and working collaboratively with various departments. The ideal candidate should possess a background in financial services, particularly in stock issuance and transfer agent operations.

  • Evaluate current systems and document data architecture, operational workflows, and domain models.
  • Identify and articulate business requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of business operations and systems, producing detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization.
  • Offer expert consultancy and support to application development teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business/System Analyst in financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of ESB, API, and microservices technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in API modeling using Domain Driven Design principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (such as Azure) and open banking standards.
  • Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively across diverse cultures.

Additional Skills:

  • Solid understanding of .NET technologies.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Team-oriented with the capability to work independently.
