About the Role

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading companies in the sustainable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with key partners and customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Customer Success Managers, Commercial & Procurement, to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their metering and data services needs and align our contracting solutions to meet their specific requirements.

  • Negotiate contract terms and apply the most effective metering and data pricing strategy.

  • Ensure seamless contract implementation and service delivery.

  • Conduct contract reviews to identify opportunities for contract expansion or upselling or additional MOP, DC and MAM services.

  • Analyse customer data to identify areas of opportunity for metering and data services.

  • Develop your portfolio strategy taking care to understand your customers metering and data services needs, develop customer growth strategies and execute plans to deliver the scope of services offered.

  • Track and report key performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress and achievements.

  • Monitor metering and data services industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to stay informed about potential changes in the market.

  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

  • Proficient in contract creation and management.

  • Proven track record in sales and contract management.

  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in energy management or related fields would be an advantage.
