About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality professional to join our team as Head of Quality Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our quality function and drive excellence across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Strategy and Implementation
    • Develop and implement a world-class quality strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
    • Lead the development and implementation of quality systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety regulations.
    • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and assessments to monitor compliance.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead a team of quality professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality skills and knowledge.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Significant experience in developing and implementing quality strategies, methodologies, and tools.
    • Proven track record of leading quality teams and driving excellence.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Academic degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
    • Professional qualification, chartered status, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
