Job Description

As a Financial Inclusion Project Coordinator at FatFace, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of Store Development and business-specific projects across all territories. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to Project Managers and senior team members, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and senior team members, including coordinating schedules, tracking costs, and monitoring project progress.
  • Liaise with Contractors, External Suppliers, and Internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Place orders, manage inventory, and dispatch products as required.
  • Assist in maintaining cost trackers, monitoring budgets, and project spending.
  • Support other teams within the Property Department as needed.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a Project Management environment is beneficial.
