Job Description

At FatFace, we're committed to bringing style and positivity to our customers' lives. As a Financial Inclusion Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering our Store Development and business-specific projects across all territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and senior team members, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Liaise with Contractors, External Suppliers, and Internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
  • Monitor budgets and project spending, maintaining cost trackers and ensuring financial integrity.
  • Administer warehouse stock inventory and dispatch of products, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support other teams within the Property Department as required, providing administrative cover and expertise.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a Project Management environment, with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
