Job Title: Ledger Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately recording and processing ledger transactions, including external invoices, internal expense claims, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record ledger transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with external suppliers and internal staff to resolve any queries or discrepancies
- Perform bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist with monthly payment runs and ad hoc payment requests
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
