{"About the Role": "As an Admin Assistant at Athena Care Homes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for all guests visiting our care homes.

Your key duties will include coordinating front desk activities, answering incoming calls, and providing information to callers. You will also assist the Home Admin Manager with payroll tasks, day-to-day admin duties, and enquiry handling.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service, communication, and IT skills, ideally Microsoft Office. You will also be confident in handling personal and sensitive data and ensuring it is maintained in a confidential manner.
