About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our charity partners' missions and values
  • Engage with the public at various events, venues, and locations to promote our charity partners and secure donations
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential donors and stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed targets for donations and fundraising revenue
  • Work collaboratively with our in-house venues team to optimize fundraising opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for donors and stakeholders

  • A competitive basic salary of £23.8K, with uncapped discretionary bonus potential (£45K+ OTE)

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts, including evenings
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
