Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality engineering designs that meet specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team to design, install, and service building automation control and security management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design hardware submittals, read and write simple programming, and assist others in the startup of control equipment.
  • Maintain and adhere to standards for engineering and basic sequences of operations.
  • Assist the project manager in reviewing contract documentation, coordination drawings, material procurement activity, and other documents throughout the project life cycle.
  • Lead the resolution of project issues through RFIs, field surveys, and customer communications.
  • Manage incoming communications from customers, subcontractors, engineers, and project managers efficiently to address inquiries in a timely manner while balancing work assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HVAC, security, or other building or electronic control systems or Schneider Electric's software applications.
