In this primarily office-based role, you will join our dedicated 'people team', responsible for fostering a contemporary approach to People & Culture (P&C) within our organization of 70 team members.
We are looking for a positive, approachable, and sociable individual who is genuinely passionate about people and their well-being. A proactive attitude is essential for success in our team.
Ideal candidates may have prior experience in a similar P&C position or possess leadership and relationship management skills. Strong communication abilities, coupled with the confidence and business insight to drive results, are crucial. You will be instrumental in listening to our team, supporting those eager to excel, and cultivating an exceptional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging initiatives for employee involvement.
- Oversee a progressive employee experience for both new and existing team members.
- Prepare materials and assist colleagues with individual and team development planning.
- Conduct and report on performance and development coaching sessions.
- Contribute to our internal communication strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process to attract the right talent.
- Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
- Collect and disseminate positive feedback and success stories through regular communications.
- Collaborate to develop and communicate an effective People & Culture strategy.
- Assist in organizing company social events.
- Gather, review, and report feedback from colleagues to drive improvements.
- Maintain employee profiles, ensuring documentation and training records are current.
- Support various administrative tasks, including meeting coordination and note-taking.
