Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled People and Culture Specialist to join our team, tasked with maintaining and delivering a modern approach to People & Culture (P&C) within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging experiences for our colleagues, championing positivity, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver innovative ways to engage colleagues, promoting a positive work environment.
- Own a forward-thinking employee experience, ensuring new and existing colleagues feel valued and supported.
- Prepare content and support colleagues with 1-2-1 and team development planning, promoting growth and development.
- Provide and report on 1-2-1 performance and development coaching sessions, ensuring individuals reach their full potential.
- Develop and contribute to our internal communication strategy, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring we attract the right talent for our organisation.
- Own the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new colleagues.
- Capture and share positive feedback, success stories, and case studies via a regular newsletter, promoting a positive company culture.
- Collaborate to build, present, and communicate an effective People & Culture strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
- Assist with planning and coordinating company social events, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Request, review, and report regular feedback from colleagues, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage employee profiles, ensuring documentation, records, and training are up-to-date.
- Support various business activities, such as administration, meetings, minutes/note taking, interview screening, or attendance.
